REHEARSAL DINNER PACKAGE

                         HOT AND COLD HORS D’OEUVRES
                 Guests will enjoy your choice of two Hors d’oeuvres.

                                   CHAMPAGNE TOAST
      Guests toast the Bride and Groom with our Madonna Inn Private Label

                              Champagne during the reception.

                                           ENTRÉES
 Choice of two entrées from our banquet dinner menu, served with green salad or
 Caesar salad, dinner rolls, seasonal vegetables, coffee and tea beverage service,

  and your choice of either: baked potato, whipped potatoes, au gratin potatoes,
       baby red potatoes, or rice pilaf. Some example of entrées included are:

               FILET MIGNON-Barbequed over an open oak BBQ pit.
 ATLANTIC SALMON-Monterey-style with tomatoes, mushrooms and scallions.

       CHICKEN BREAST-Stuffed with wild rice and herbs and topped with
                                       a vermouth sauce.

             PRIME RIB- Traditionally thick cut and delightfully roasted.

           SANTA MARIA STYLE BUFFET-May be substituted for your
                          entrée selection at no additional charge.

 SILVER SERVICE BUFFET (minimum 50 people)-Can be substituted for your
       entrée selection on this Rehearsal Dinner Package, $61.95* per person

  Younger guests and adults alike will enjoy this wonderful blend of fruit juices

                                           and Sprite.

        Along with dinner, each guest will enjoy a glass of our Private Label

                          Madonna Inn Wine, by Castoro Cellars.

                                     FRENCH PASTRIES
       Éclairs and cream puffs from our world-famous Madonna Inn Bakery.

         Also included is your color choice of table linens and linen napkins.

              Room Rental fees for the banquet facility of your selection
                                will be waived for four hours.
