Questions About Ordering Online
To provide faster online help, we have included a list of frequently asked

How do I order online? We strive to make it as easy as possible for
you to order. When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any
product page by selecting a size, a color, a quantity and clicking the “Add to
Cart” button. The item will be added to your “Shopping Cart” where you will be
able to change order quanities and keep track of your order subtotal as you
shop. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either click the button to
continue shopping or proceed to check out. At the time of check out, you will
have the opportunity to review your order, and then specify your billing and
shipping information, as well as any special instructions to us.
What should I expect to happen once I place an online order? We
will automatically confirm receipt of your order via e-mail to the address you
have given us and your order will then be processed within 48 hours (excluding
Saturdays and Sundays).
How do I know if ordering online is secure? We encrypt your
personal information—such as your credit card number—when transmitting over the
Internet using SSL technology. An “s” added to the familiar “http” (to make
“https”) in this site’s URL indicates that SSL is in effect. In Netscape
Communicator, the padlock symbol in the corner of the browser frame, usually
open, is closed in secure mode. In Internet Explorer, a closed padlock appears
when you are in secure mode. If you’re about to send information to a site
that’s not using SSL, your browser will warn you first.
Why isn’t my browser working with your site? Ordering from our site
requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using at least
Netscape Communicator 4.0, or Microsoft IE 4.0 (or more recent versions of
either). Version 3.01 of both browsers incorrectly displays “transfer
interrupted” when retrieving information from our databases. For AOL users,
either the 3.0 or 4.0 (or above) AOL client for Windows or the 4.0 (or
above) AOL client for Macintosh is recommended. Also, your browser

Why is my order empty? Your browser could be configured to refuse
“cookies.” This site uses cookies to keep items added to an order “attached” to

What are you going to do with my name and order information? We ask
you for your name and contact information to be able to contact you about your
order. Madonna Inn Online Store does not rent or sell information we get from
online orders or e-mail registrations to third parties. For more details, see

Which credit cards do you accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover.
Can items be shipped internationally? After submitting your order
online, you will be contacted via e-mail with the international shipping charges
for your order. These charges will match our actual shipping cost. After we
receive confirmation that you approve the shipping charges, your order will be

Are there any special requirements that must be met before ordering wine
online? Due to the individual state regulations and the wholesale lobby,
Madonna Inn is restricted from shipping wine or beer to the following
states:
Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas,
Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North
Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia.
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to order wine. Our wine
shipments are labeled “Adult Signature Required.”
Are gift wrapping and gift cards available for products I buy
online? We do offer gift wrapping as well as gift cards and gift
enclosures online. For a description of gift wrapping and gift enclosure
options, see our Special Services page.
At this time we are only able to offer gift wrapping and cards for individual
items. For multiple shipping addresses and multiple gift items, please use
separate order forms.
Which products are available online, compared to those available through
your retail stores? A select grouping of Madonna Inn products and select
Designer Collections are currently available online with new additions appearing
regularly. We encourage all our customers to call or visit any of our four

Can I return something I bought online? It’s easy to return an item
for an exchange or refund. Please see our Returns
