General Return Policy
At Madonna Inn your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any item maybe returned for
any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding shipping/handling and gift wrapping charges. Audio products must be
returned unopened for a refund; once opened, we can only exchange these items
for the same product.
- Please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a RA#
(Returns Authorization #). In your email please include your Order Date, Order
Number, Item, Quantity to be returned, and Reason for return.
- Please pack the item(s) securely for return shipment. All returned products
should be in the same condition as they were received, tags intact.

- Upon receipt of the returned item(s) Madonna Inn will issue a credit to the
credit card on file. In the case of a gift return please contact one of our
Customer Service Representatives prior to returning the item(s).
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise Madonna Inn will
promptly correct the problem. Please contact our Customer Service Department for
return instructions including return shipment cost paid by Madonna Inn. We will
