Rib Eye Steak | Due to this steak’s unique marbling, you’ll find the Rib Eye tender and flavorful. Maximum number to be served for one function: 100 Steaks.
Prime Rib | Traditional thick cut and delightfully roasted, this generously portioned entree is seasoned with rosemary, and served au jus style.
New York Steak | Flavorful and lean, this steak goes beyond “juicy”. Maximum number to be served for one function: 100 Steaks.
Halibut Steak | An impressive 8 oz. filet of broiled Alaskan loin steak selected for its light texture and beautiful presentation.
Top Sirloin Steak | Properly aged for a robust flavor.
Salmon Fillet | Fresh, delicately sautéed, and served with a Monterey style sauce with tomatoes, mushrooms, and scallions.
Roast Tom Turkey | A combination of white and dark meat, oven basted and served with our special blend of wild rice and herbs dressing. Served with giblet gravy and tangy cranberry sauce.
Turkey Breast | Served with our special blend of wild rice and herbs dressing, homemade gravy and tangy cranberry sauce.

Chicken Parmesan - breaded and served topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese.
Chicken Picatta - breaded and enhanced with a lemon caper white wine sauce.
Stuffed Chicken Breast - stuffed with wild rice & herbs and topped with a vermouth sauce.
Entrees include a Green Salad or Caesar Salad, and served prior to the entrée. Also includes chef’s vegetable, and side dish of your choice: Baked Potato, Whipped Potatoes, Baby Red Potatoes, Au Gratin Potatoes, or Rice Pilaf. If selecting more than one entrée selection, the chosen side is served with both entrées. Served with house made dinner rolls, coffee and tea beverage service, and a dessert choice
