Madonna Inn Policies to Note:

  • Housekeeping Services are available upon request only. Please contact the Reservation Office by 12:00 p.m. to schedule service.

  • Early check-in requests are not guaranteed and we do not offer late check-outs.

  • Cribs are available upon request only. This is on a first-come-first-serve basis due to limited availability.

  • Madonna Inn does not allow smoking in guest rooms.

  • Madonna Inn does not allow Pets.

  • We welcome service animals as designated by the ADA. Please help us follow these guidelines for the safety of all of our guests and staff.

  • Madonna Inn does not have an elevator on premise and many rooms require stairs to access. We do have ADA compliant rooms. If you have any concerns please give us a call at 805.543.3000 and we can describe each rooms access requirement.
