The SPA is located adjacent to the Madonna Inn Pool and Fitness Center. Please call the Spa if needing assistance to enter the gate - (805) 784-2474

Spa Arrival and Courtesies
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This permits time to complete the consultation form regarding your expectations, as well as time to enjoy an exfoliating shower scrub and pre-treatment spa facilities. Before or after your treatment enjoy our heated beach entry pool, co-ed jacuzzis, and fitness room. Please understand that late arrivals will not be given an extension of scheduled appointments.

Spa Reservations
Guests must be at least 13 years of age to have an appointment. If the client is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatments and while in the Spa.
Young Adult Services
The Spa Madonna Inn does not provide services to guests under the age of 13 years old. Our Young Adult Services are for guests 13-17 years old. A parent will need to be in the room with the YA for the entirety of the service. All paperwork will need to be filled out by a parent or guardian on the day of service. Body services will be provided by a same-sex provider.
Late appointments in excess of 15 minutes and no-shows will be considered cancellations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for our clients and Providers.
Cancellations
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of individual services, 48-hours notice on multiple services or clients, 72-hours notice on small-size spa parties (3-4 clients), and 7 days for large groups of 5 or more. For services for 1 or 2 booked on a holiday or special event weekend, please provide 72 hours notice of cancellation. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if appointments are not cancelled within the specified timeframes.

Amenities
For your convenience the Spa provides a locker, a luxurious Spa robe, slippers and towels. Also available are hair dryers, styling aides, and toiletries.

Enjoy poolside dining from the Terrace Pool Bar - featuring sandwiches, wraps, smoothies and cocktails. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Spa Retail
The Spa offers an array of products; including swimwear, active wear, and skin care. Receive 20% off one full priced item with your spa service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase at the SPA or online.
Gratuities
A 20% gratuity is recommended; however, it is always at the guest's discretion based on quality of service.
Pool Use Policy
Spa guests are welcome to enjoy the pool area on the day of their treatment. This offer does not extend to family or friends. You must receive a Spa service or be a current Hotel Guest to enter the gated Pool area.
Madonna Inn adheres to the guidance issued by the State of CA and the SLO County Health Department. Due to the recent lifting of the mandate that formerly required individuals to wear masks in all indoor public spaces, Madonna Inn does not require any of its employees to wear masks. At this time, masks are optional for all of our employees and guests.
