Room 101: Sweepstakes

The Sweepstakes room is a “Derby Winner” with dark barn-style paneling and western appeal. Details are found in the horse print draperies, cobblestone-style bathroom floors and horseshoe accent tiles in the shower. This corner room with king bed, located on the end of a single story unit, comes in first at the finish line with it’s rural country charm.

Room 112: Rose Room

Washed in soft rose pink and kissed with gentle floral accents, this calm and restful setting blossoms with old fashioned charm and tranquility. Located on the ground level with a king bed and patterned tiled floor, this room is designated for accessibility needs with an attractive roll-in shower and easy accessible sinks. The bouquet is peaceful and inviting, whispering...“take time to smell the roses.”

Room 115: Desert Sands

Vivid hues of gold & brown gently embrace the essence of this room. Limed oak woodwork craft a calm backdrop for this desert theme with warm earth-tone tiled floors adding texture and appeal. This room is located in a single story building. Wheelchair accessible with king bed and roll-in shower.

Room 116: Pioneer America

Westward Ho! Wagons were loaded and close kin were bid farewell as early pioneers headed west. With westward expansion, the frontier extended to the territories beyond the Mississippi River. Land was available for homesteading and pioneers were seeking rich, fertile soil for their crops. We recreated a comfortable setting to reflect the simple lifestyle of these early settlers. Deep green carpet and rustic wood beamed ceilings provide a subtle backdrop for the leather furnishings and framed frontier map complimenting this rural theme. Pioneer America is located in a single story building across from fenced pastures and has a king bed and shower.

Room 127: Mount Vernon

Located in one of the Inn's single story buildings just above scenic grazing pastures, this quaint room offers a blend of historical and homespun appeal. The vibrant blue color scheme and natural wood paneling, together with subtle early American furnishings, compliment this earlier period in our country’s history. This room is wheelchair accessible with king bed and large, multicolor tiled roll-in shower.

Room 129: Swiss Chalet

Chalet...a type of building or wooden cabin that was common in the alpine region of Switzerland. Primarily a summer or vacation dwelling, these small cottages were also used as seasonal farms for dairy cattle. We recreated our own little chalet just above our grazing pastures, with natural wood paneling, wood shutters, deep burgundy carpet and complimentary blue accent walls. The bathroom has a large colorful tiled shower and double sinks. Swiss Chalet is a corner room located in a single story building with one king bed.

Room 158: What’s Left

A creative collage of pattern and color, "What’s Left" is a patchwork of fabrics, carpet and wallpaper collected from other rooms to create this masterpiece. Each patch conceals a story that unravels a little history about the Inn. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and the colorful tiled shower is a unique work of art. Room is located on the 3rd floor and furnished with a king-size bed.

Room 171: Marguerite

A bright blue background joined with a carefree daisy print creates a friendly and cheerful garden setting in the “Marguerite” room. The colorful blooms of the marguerite daisy are symbolic of innocence and joy. Yellow accents are used throughout the room and the modest furnishings bestow accolades on the simplicity of the theme. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and tiled shower. Located on the 3rd floor, this room has a king-sized bed.

Room 172: California Poppy

The poppy is the California state flower. Poppies grow wild throughout California and their rich, golden petals make it a fitting symbol for the “Golden State.” This room is decorated in a quaint poppy-print wallpaper and trimmed in a fitting accent color. Wood shutters and simple furnishings blend to compliment the country theme. The color format is continued in the bath with a pedestal sink and tiled shower. Located on the 3rd floor, this room is furnished with a king-size bed.

Room 173: Floral Fantasy

With the mountainside as a backdrop, this pleasant room is embraced in a lovely floral print set against a deep claret landscape. Flowers inspire the soul and embody peace and tranquility in this French county theme with deep rose carpet and comfortable furnishings. The bath has a pedestal sink and colorful pink and green tiled shower. This room is located on the 3rd floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed.

Room 174: Krazy Dazy

Daisies are the “friendliest" flower and our cordial arrangement of these cheerful flowers is fanciful, fun and designated “Krazy Dazy”! Pink shag carpet, large pink and white daisies against a bright green backdrop, white iron bed frame and simple white shutters highlight the room’s sunny disposition. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and the tiled shower blossoms in colorful tones of pink and blue. This room is located on the 3rd floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed.

Room 176: Currier & Ives

Enveloped in a soft tone-on-tone floral print, this room evokes a subtle feeling of nostalgia. A lovely, ornate bed frame and dark wood accents pieces compliment the theme. The room features a collection of Currier & Ives prints from the New York printmaking firm founded by Nathaniel Currier & James Ives. These colored lithographed prints provide a pictorial narration of our country’s growth from 1857 to 1907. The bath has a double sink vanity and tiled shower. Located on the 2nd floor, this room is furnished with a king bed.

Room 177: Indian

This Native American room honors the Indigenous Peoples of the United States and the role they have played in shaping our history. The brown leather simulated wall coverings, deep green carpet and authentic rock accents create an artistic backdrop to showcase the room. A double sink vanity, rustic tiled floor and a distinctive arrowhead tile design in the shower pay tribute to the theme. This 2nd floor room is furnished with a king-sized bed.

An artistic hand-painted mountain mural, bordered with indigenous rock, showcases the creative character of “Mountain Cabin.” The rustic furnishings craft an early American lifestyle and add interest to the rugged influence of the room. The bath is simple and unpretentious with tiled shower and complimentary color palette. Located on the second floor, this room has a king-sized bed.

Room 180: Traveler’s Yacht

Anchors aweigh! Enjoy this fun nautical room wrapped in deep ocean blue with red accents. The queen bed is set against lively maritime wallpaper with seafaring appeal. The bathroom continues the sailing theme with dark blue tiled floors, a red and blue tiled shower and two pedestal sinks. Traveler’s Yacht is located on the 3rd level of the hilltop unit and is accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase.

Room 181: Chestnut Foal

This delightful room, embellished with pasture green carpet and horse print wall coverings, depicts the fun & lively spirit of its namesake...”Chestnut Foal”, a young reddish-brown colt. The bathroom compliments the western theme with wood-grained tiled floor, a decorative earth-toned tiled shower and pedestal sink. This king bedded room, located on the 3rd floor of the hilltop unit, is accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase.

A small trestle bridge guides you across a gentle incline to the secluded 4th floor entrance of “Starlite.” Washed in silver-blue and embraced with a heavenly charm, this king bedded tower room is quietly understated and peaceful. Before you fall asleep, make a wish on a star from your private outdoor balcony...and may all your dreams come true.
