This room embodies the sweet, old-fashioned sentiment “The rose speaks of love silently, in a language known only to the heart” with soft accents of winding roses and tone-on-tone striped wall coverings. The dark rose carpet and deep wine colored trim create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings echo a mood of nostalgia adding romance and charm to the garden theme. The bath is washed in shades of green with two pedestal sinks and a pink tile shower. American Beauty is set back against the mountain on the 3rd floor of the hilltop unit and is furnished with a king-sized bed.

Room 182: Tall & Short

Once upon a time... this room was designed for tall & short couples. The furniture was crafted in different heights and sizes and the bed was tall on one end and short on the other. Even though the name remains the same today, the room has taken on a new charm suitable for any size or shape. The soft pink color palette compliments the airy disposition of this room with a private outdoor balcony, standard king bed and conventional furnishings. Tall & Short is simply delightful...not too large and not too small. Goldilocks would love this room because it’s JUST RIGHT!

Room 205: Buffalo Room

Years ago, the Madonna Inn was home to a very special guest... a Plains buffalo. Travelers would come from near and far just to catch a glimpse of this magnificent animal. In remembrance of the days when he freely roamed our grounds, we have given him a place of honor in the “Buffalo Room.” Set against the mountain, this rustic and restful setting reflects life on the frontier, but with all the comforts of home. Located on the 3rd level of the hilltop unit, this room has a queen bed and bathroom with two pedestal sinks and tiled shower.
