Guests & Day Visitors
We welcome our guests and day visitors to take personal photos of their experience using their personal devices or small personal cameras. Photos or video taken with large camera equipment or with the assistance of professional photographers are strictly prohibited unless pre-approval has been granted, through writing, from a Madonna Inn representative. If you would like to seek approval for personal photos with a professional photographer or equipment, please reach out to groupsales@madonnainn.com
Groups, Weddings, and Events
Professional photography and equipment is reserved for contracted groups and events only. If you are interested in holding your wedding, celebration, or special event at Madonna Inn, please email banquets@madonnainn.com.
Photography of events, meetings, and expos is permitted at the allowance of the event host, in the designated meeting space. Please inquire with the event coordinator of the event if you are interested in taking photos or video of a specific event being held at Madonna Inn.
Commercial Use
Commercial photography and videography anywhere on the premises of Madonna Inn is prohibited without prior consent and/or contractual agreement with Madonna Inn. Photos and videos that utilize the Madonna Inn likeness; including (but not limited to) any portion of the hotel’s exterior facade, interior treatments, signage, merchandise, etc. are subject to a location fee and licensing agreement for full use.
Any commercial shoots approved by Madonna Inn are subject to the following:
– Location fee ranging from $500 - $50,000 per day depending on the space, length of shoot, and disruption to business. All set-up fees and food and beverage charges are additional and must be made through our Banquets and Events Department
– Signed Location Release Agreement between Madonna Inn and the producer.
– An additional signed License Agreement, as necessary
– If drone work is desired, there are additional requirements including proper licensing and registration and FAA clearance.
– Proof of General Liability
– List of additional insureds as follows with an endorsement attached: “Madonna Inn, Inc.”
– Proof of worker’s compensation insurance if employees are on property

For project consideration, please email a full description of the project as well as treatments, mood boards, and creative pitch decks available. Submissions will be thoroughly reviewed by our executive team.
